I believe I have good advice to give. Female miscers are welcome, I can redpill you about your horse**** as well
It could be about:
Family (positive or negative)
dating
Race
self esteem
sports/ improving athleticism
interviewing,
public speaking
goals
recognizing flaws
Positivism
I've been as low as a lot of you have been, and have elevated myself as well.
I guarantee to give you good advice, or your money back (reps).

Ok, here is another question. Usually my Monday workout routine is this vvvvvv but I've gotten a bit bored with it and don't seem to be making much progress with strenght gain, what can I do to change it and make my deadlift numbers go higher?

If you're cutting weight, then you can't expect to make substantial strength gains. You would be lucky to maintain your strength, but this would put an even greater emphasis on a well structured high protein diet at a calorie deficit.
Apologies if you were looking for an actual new routine. I would do the same exercises but play with 8-12 reps for a little bit, and then get back to what you were doing

What is your perception on racism in America? It seems like first everyone was told to be colorblind. That negated culture, and people were told to be more aware of cultures. Then if you are aware of a culture, you are guilty of stereotyping/racism all over again.
What are people to do? I have always gone with "someone's race is a part of who they are, but it isn't all of who they are" as a rule and have done ok. Any thoughts/insights?

With meditation, reading, and life experience such as living both in the "the hood" then moving to the suburbs, I've learned that we truly are all individuals. I've disliked people on sight for absolutely no reason, because I stereotyped them to be a certain way, then I learned how wrong I was upon actually meeting them. We all have our own story & path. I think it would do us all well, to remember that each story is unique, and to treat people as such. I will give everyone respect, until they give me reason not to.

I lost 60lbs eating moderate carbs (100-200) on the days that I lifted, and increased my fats and intook under 50g carbs on my off days. Keto is tough, so maybe give that a shot if you feel like you're going to lose your mind.

If you're not happy on keto switch back to something more sustainable (and accept the water weight swing)

This comes naturally for me, but I can pick up on new perfume, new accessories, or clothing. Or just a trait that stands out when I hear their personal story.
Being a good listener & observation skills can take you far.
