I've worked up to 90 on db bench. I just i need to just keep increasing the weight/reps. My shoulders are such a weak point and holding my bench back.

That's because the angle is too steep, and it hits your delts more than your chest OP.

Incline work is good for upper chest, but IMO it just feels better to do standing db shoulder press for delts, and flat db bench for chest. It feels like incline tries to mix the two and isn't as good, but tons of godly physiques were built on incline so to each his own.

Incline barbell bench feels better on joints for me at least (ecto, long arms, chittly leverages all around) because the movement is more restricted. I don't have god tier upper chest genetics but it's grown a little, and I feel it contract even with 45 degrees

Also I'm not a powerlifter but I feel good when I lift heavy. Do more strength training nowadays since I'm cutting and go to the gym less often (now 3x a week)
