Mirin OP watch out for the incoming grandmas that like to derail threads when they see a 40yr old man still in his prime with young ass instead of someone old.

One of the things I most respect about this thread is that its obvious years of lifting gains have paid off. A lot of the you g people on here dont realize the mind, body and spirit are an investment. How old is your girl just curious. Ive no doubt you could bang college chicks on the reg if you wanted to womanize.

If you don't win lotto, you only have about a 5 year window before health and energy starts deteriorating the way I see it. The sweet spot is about 40-45 based on my observations and calculations.

OP has hit the prime of his life in terms of looks, financials and energy it looks like. Hope you enjoy it bro

You look great. If it wasn't for the salt in your beard I wouldn't even guess that you're 40.

That said, most guys don't peak at 40, even the ones who take care of themselves. It's usually something more like 30-35.

mirin how a 40 year old can cope by tricking himself into thinking life is better at his old age than in his youth. I hope I'm able to trick myself like that when I am your age, srs

Good for you, man

30 year old brah checkin in. It's CRAZY how quickly time flies... every once in a while you gotta stop, look up into the sky at night, and reflect on it all... so you don't miss the moments. As cheesy as that sounds lel

Good on you for still lifting - this goes to show how something as time as the gym, decent diet, sleep etc can make you age more gracefully.

He's attained and generated lots more at his age than at his younger years. What's wrong with feeling good about where he's at? Fk off with your embarrassing "cope" nonsense

[QUOTE=ChiefRocka post_id=1528418241]- Stressing less nonsense.
- Still not married but have a lady and we have real real "grown up" fun together
- Have more money
- I know myself better
- Harder to stay lean but makes the process somehow even more interesting and enjoy the gym more.
- My salt n pepper beard makes me feel authoritative (lol but true)
- I'm more in control of myself and my emotions.
- I'm "old" but not really, and since I'm fit chics actually show me much more attention than in past years.
