Only just saw this thread. I donate plasma every 4 weeks and blood every 3 months so will post up in here my next visit which should be soon.

Has there been any study done confirming or disproving donating blood is either good or bad while working toward building muscle?

I gave blood a few years ago for some little sick girl. Felt good about it mentally but I was nauseous AF for 2-3hours after.

I would ask your local blood donation place, but more importantly go see a physician. Lyme's disease isn't something to play around with

Haha they want my O positive blood too! I get text, email, and phone call on the day I am able to donate again. I kind of get it, from what I remember it's the most common blood hence the most needed. Can't even imagine if I was O neg XD

But when red cross gives me super easy locations I force myself through it
