Here's my take on the subject. I'm a little different. I've neverfeltbig in my life, but I'veaccepted I am, from the people around me telling me I am; does that make sense?

Follow me on this, cause writing it out is confusing as ****.

I can and often look at someone, who to somebody else looks big, yet in my eyes they are smaller than me. I guess I have typical body dismorphia; but it doesn't bother me srs. In some ways, I think it keeps me humble and grounds me. I would srsly hateknowing I'm big, but accepting it isn't the same. We all know people in a guy, that think they are hot ****. I can pretty much promise myself I will never be like that.
Im kind of with you on that point. Id say its more knowing im big in comparison to others people think are big than thinking im big and having a complex because i just feel normal. I dont feel small because i know im not but i dont think ill ever truly be satisfied with my physique. Ill be impressed with someone i see at the gym and think theyre huge until i see them in a mirror next to me and realize were about the same size and then it sinks in how far ive actually come but that feeling is always fleeting. Not sure if that makes sense but yeah.

6'0, 200+ lbs, Still feel small.

Everything is growing per measurement, but still feel small, But also only been lifting seriously a few years now so I know it doesn't happen overnight. Biggest thing is I want bigger arms as that what i feel is the piece of me that looks the smallest as my chest, back, thighs, lats are all growing in nick and thick, Arms are lagging, but have grown so far from this bulk I've ended. Cutting now to see how I look. But I feel it..

200lb at 5'8" at 15% bodyfat is an FFMI of 25.90 which is not natty.

You look 10% in your avi too, so definitely not natty if you weigh that much

Im natty. Whether you think i am or not doesnt matter. Avi i was 165 and not at my peak. Ive been about 10 lbs heavier at similar bodyfat. Ive got 12 inch ankles and a broad frame, im going to weigh more than someone else at my height with a small frame no matter what.

Here are the two scenarios:

1.) Your natty, lift at a modest gym with other natty "health centric" folk. You will feel big simply because others are not.

2.) Your natty at a gym where their is Dat Dere involved.... you will look like a little twink. SRS I'm 6ft 2in 219lbs....... its nothing next to a guys on gear.

In the end, if your lifting for health, stay natty... its the best way. If your goal is "look or feel big".... then dont waste your time and get on dat dere. SRS Its night and day when you hold two 190lb guys of the same height, one natty the other using... the quality, volumizaiton, and size is blatant.

It's just in your head, dude. Being 6' and weighing 222 is big. I'm 6'3" and got up to almost 280 a few years ago and felt I should get bigger. I look the best in the 220-230 range.

Yeah but I am realizing I have to attribute some of it to dismorphia.

Of course it's important to train everything, but I find shoulders make all the difference when leaning out. Without those I'd probably never cut down.

Just gonna leave this here.

And Marky Mark is a pretty jacked guy. But 5'8" manlets gonna manlet.

Even when Shaq was at his fattest, supposedly 32% body fat and 324 lb, he had 220 lb of pure lean mass.

Mark Wahlberg is 5'8" 220 lb, about 15% bodyfat. On OJ, he still gets mogged by about 13 lb of pure muscle from Shaq. And Shaq has that natty fatty bloat to boot. In a fight, Shaq would literally toss him around like a ragdoll. Shaq's FFMI is like 21 or something. He doesn't really watch his diet, doesn't lift regularly and he probably isn't even on anything. This is the nature of genetics. This is the world we live in. Note how weak sauce the Rock looks in the fuking picture by comparison. That's the fuking Rock dude...Natty or not, you will never be big if you are a manlet.

Most people underestimate their potential in the 20's, even 30's. You can be much bigger than the juicehead in the gym with proper diet, lifting, and rest.

Only if I go to gyms full of commoners and old people which I do. I went to a 'strength' gym once and got too intimidated by the fat dudes squatting 200kg and deadlifting huge amounts. Now I go to a girly gym so I feel big squatting 110kg while old men swing Dumbbells trying to curl.

I find where I live this is the case. I am 6ft1--probably will dip as I age and sitting @ work fuks my back--and around 220lb 15%. There are plenty of males taller than me by 1-3 inches but they weigh considerably less. A couple of inches is no big deal if you are built properly. I still think I look too thin in clothes but that could be bigorexia talking.
OP 200lb is no big deal for your height, maybe try change your pattern/routine. It's no surprise the biggest I got was when I was the strongest at around 240lb+ - but I was around 20% bf. I got the most attention then, that's for sure but fuk keeping up that size for my frame. 15% is GOAT cruise compromise, but I respect those who can stay mega lean. If I had a choice for height It would be 6ft4-5 while keeping this size ratio - that would be god mode.
