Surprisingly, you can actually get pretty damn close eating just red meat. If you add in organ meat, you're all set

What youtuber did you get this my man, Jason Genova?
Not sure how healthy is eating red meat only in large amounts but in any case if you wanna put on size you need carbs and healthy fats and overall high calorie diet

can't see any real point to it.. but if someone chooses to do it and pounds down a lot of meat i would take a fibre supplement or you'll get constipated like a mother fker potentially.

I know *******s like yourself love to hear good news about their bad dietary choices. But Im gonna go out on a limb and say that peer reviewed research trumps your ****gy keto vloggers.

Here's an actual specialist with a body of work that exclusively uses peer reviewed science.

It's technically incorrect to say that dietary cholesterol has no effect on serum cholesterol, however the actual impact it has is fairly low. You'd have to go really out of your way to consume a meaningful amount of cholesterol from food to impact your health unless you're already obese or suffering from a medical condition that impacts metabolic processes.

You can have 2-3 whole eggs a day and it's healthy, it'll do chit all to your heart health across a life span

There is a reason the vast majority of people claiming otherwise are vegan activists.
"The man who despises himself tries to gain self-esteem from sexual adventure – which can’t be done, because sex is not the cause, but an effect and an expression of a man’s sense of his own value." - Ayn Rand
