Carnivore diet
What do you brahs think about it? Seeing more and more fitness celeries hop on it.. basically it is a diet consisting of meat only- No veggies, carbs, etc but only red meat.
plant foods aren’t absolutely required in the human diet. “What do we actually need to live? We need protein, fat, and vitamins and minerals in certain amounts,” says St. Pierre. Animal foods—and meat, specifically—can arguably cover those needs

Sounds fuking terrible. Meat doesn't cover all your micro needs.
I could instantly make the diet better by adding a bag of spinach. Takes like a minute to eat a whole bag, you just shove it in your mouth and ignore the taste.

I eat a lot of meat everyday. I dont know how I could fit 3500-4000 calories a day in me with just meat alone, unless I was eating fatty ground all day. My heartburn would be even worse than it is now.

It's dumb. Isolating one food group and eating or vilifying only it is always dumb.

Sounds dumb. That being said, it sounds like the Anabolic Diet, which has been around for quite awhile now. Only difference is that there were specific carb-up days once or twice a week.

Sounds dumb as fuk srs
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

keeps insulin down
creates calorie deficit.
don't see any issue. But whats the issue of eating some veggies and stuff? The oly issue i see here is, if you're not careful one steak can be like 700 calories. Eat too much steaks and bacons and you can do away with the calorie deficit. You'll lose no weight and body will just convert protein to glucose then.
ignore the fitness youtube idiots who love to make dieting seem like rocket science so they can create hundreds of videos.
Weight loss is not hard. Say it twice kids. Humans have been doing it for thousands of years. Eat a certain portion of your day and eat healthy low/moderate carb foods so you have a deficit. Boom.
Stop wasting money on those books and trainers.

Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

It must be a sign of the times that people are becoming so polarized over everything. First politics now diet.
Just eat a little of everything in moderation, limit calories if you start getting fat, avoid transfats and processed food. It's not hard.

there's your problem why so many fatties can't lose weight. They're confused as fuark.
(Plus lunchtime, millions of americans eat high carb lunches cuz that's all that's around them. Few have access to fridges and kitchens at work but I digress)
