In hospital I saw a nurse so fat she went through a doorway sideways. I thought how the fuk can you manage to eat the 5kcal/day to continue bulking that size while working? I tried to eat 2,800/day for a while and felt disgusting shoving that much food into myself.

It's very pleasurable to eat massive amounts of food and relax. Some people do it every day.

I honestly dont give a sh*t. If you sit and eat all day, you're gonna get fat. Mental issues come into play as well.

I agree with the op, its not something that happened overnight

-first, the clothes in their wardrobe stopped fitting so they starting wearing spandex everywhere.
-then they stop being able to fit in their bathtub.
-then their ass stops fitting on the toilet seat and they actually have to "aim" their ass-hole onto the bowl of the toilet.
-then it becomes hard to fit through normal sized doors and they have to turn sideways to fit.
-then simply walking from their living room to their car is an exhaustive feat.
-When they finally accomplsh this they realize they can't fit into their car anymore.
-Then they stop wearing clothes because even their spandex pants and shirts stop fitting and they just sit around with a cloth.
-then they start calling off of work because they can't even get out of bed.
-then they quit their job and go on disability.

They didn't just wake up that way. Even if they don't have a scale in their house the mass they accumulate is more than enough proof that they're getting too massive. Also, I don't know about you guys, but it may be nice to have the occasional lazy day where you just sit around doing nothing, but these fat phucks have no choice that definitely gets boring after a while no matter what games you have to play or what TV shows are on. Sitting around vegging out gets boring, and the only way to pass the time is to eat tons of food to put themselves into a food-coma so they can sleep half of the day away, just to pass the time....until their next meal.

It's an addiction just like cigarettes some people get addicted to fapping and do it 8 times a day and can't stop if something turns into a daily habbit it is hard to not do it anymore.

Heart attacks and strokes brought on by, say, smoking are semi-silent killers those are easier to ignore because all the damage that is being done to them cannot be seen until they keel over from a heart attack.

With obesity, you can see that progress growing to a stationary lifestyle every step of the way like I mention in post #36.

I was at McDonalds today to grab something small inbetween breakfast and my workout. I got 1 chicken snackwrap.

Some overweight guy at the counter next to me ordered 2 full on meals for himself....

It is sick.

I've always wondered how many calories you'd have to eat everyday to bulk that hard it seems like it would be an insane amount. At some point is their metabolism just so fuked up it doesn't take much to continue to gain weight?

It doesn't infuriate me as much as it motivates me to lose those few extra pounds when I plateau and to get to the gym.

I meant the show is infuriating!

Doctor tells the fatty to lose 20 lbs before the surgery. Homie comes back 10 lbs HEAVIER. Doctor still does the surgery. Homie goes to FattyMcFatty and orders fast foodon the drive home after being discharged from the hospital.

One thing I noticed about the show (I only watched like 3-4 episodes), is that there's a slim(mer) relative who is encouraging the behaviour by fetching them their lunches/dinners - bringing them to their fat rellies while they're rolling around on a double-wide king mattress that can't support their weight.

The enablers of such morbid fatties should be fined. Serious.

I dont get how people can be as unhealthy as they are on that show.

If you told me to eat whatever I like and a lot of it. I don't think I could get even close to 600. I think I would have a tough time even getting over 300 lbs to be honest. I'd feel sick all the time and would be vomiting everyday.

They didn't become fat overnight though. If you see child and teenage photos of those fatties - it was a gradual process.

Like building muscle - those people actually worked at becoming fat.

Also notice that many of those people are on welfare. Some of them even made excuses on the shows saying "we can't afford anything but bulk (processed) foods." Partially true, but the reality is that it's being lazy. Those people are LAZY AT LIFE. Meaning they don't care to bust their arses to get a good job/education just like they're too lazy to get up and do something for their health.

Anywhere you find a long lasting, consistent problem like this, whether it be morbid obesity, anorexia/bulimia or drug/alcohol addiction, you will also find at least one excuse making enabler. Usually a parent/grandparent. Aways.

I have the exact same train of thought... when you can't even get out of bed without help from another person, how can you not decide right then and there that it's time to take serious action and fix the problem? Instead they continue doing exactly what they've been doing.

After seeing my 600lb life a few times I've just realized that these are some of the most mentally weak people on the planet and have zero accountability and that's really all there is to it. My sympathy for the vast majority of them went right out the window after watching some episodes of that show. Excuse after excuse after excuse.

what you talking about, his saving money by bulking and not turning on the heating in winter. #smart

also big bones, so that counts for at least 60% of his mass. Compared to the average population, his just a bit bigger than normal.

Did a medi-vac where a 600+ guy was shot in the gut by his uncle. This was on a smaller island without the ability to treat him. Firefighters had to cut down the wall to his room so we could get him out. Took a lot of guys to lift him up and eventually get him on our pallet with a re-enforced bed so that I could forklift him onto the plane (C130). Guy died the next day.

These people have just given up on life and convinced themselves they will be fat until they die so **** it

I used to be 200lbs (at 5'1) when I was 11-13 so I was a hefty kid once. I hated myself then and lost weight so idk how people can start to hate themselves and then just make it worse.

^^^ Enablers always exist because everyone has a loved one. I've watched the 600lb show and its ridiculous. In fact watched a random episode other week where one dude had 2 sisters who were like that. He basically worked to pay for their food. He also started getting fat because he was always around garbage fast foods.

As to how they get fat, usually always mentally illness or depression etc.
