When people move their head forward at the top of a pullup or the top of a BB row. Looks stupid and is probably dangerous srs.

There's also this one middle aged manlet that walks around like he's huge, and half reps literally everything. Annoys the fuk out of me because people prolly think he's stronk

We got a guy that not only shadowboxes but also practices the most autistic looking "kicks" you have ever seen. He spends an hour in the free weight room flailing but never touches a weight.

5% ROM guy is also pretty special. His most ridiculous looking move is his 5% ROM triceps pressdown which amounts to using the whole stack, jumping up to get downward momentum, locking out and then kind of wiggling for few seconds.

There were some of juice head trainers who seemed to always be preoccupied with what I was doing, like always looking at me.

Not that it was especially bothersome, I imagine they were just mirin potential, I have a pretty good frame for bodybuilding but I'd never consider saucing.

People that set-up to stretch right under one of two pull-up bars in the area even though there are plenty of other spots for them and then act annoyed when other people want to do pull-ups.

I video my top sets and don’t give a single fuk if someone doesn’t like it.

One thing that gets annoying is when someone sees me doing weight and they start adding weight to theirs, acting hard and then half squat something like 315. It’s embarrassing..

A lot.

Fat fuks quarter repping on the bench and thinking they're tough.
Young kids ego lifting.
People who set up shop on the squat rack and literally never leave for over an hour.
Middle aged dudes who just go there to bs and hang out.
Girls who dress like flat out whores and do the same booty workout yet don't like when guys check them out or flirt.
People who don't re-rack their weights. The funniest is when twinks are benching like 90 lbs and leave it. I'd destroy that evidence asap.

I will add to this... Our pull-up station is (unfortunately) part of the big cable crossover station. Like dead center...

People that setup there to make a whole CrossFit routine including kipping pullups, 25 pieces of equipment, and burpees...

Those people who sit on the functional trainers/cable cross overs with 5 pound weight settings and do random exercises for 1 hour lengths.

Those guys who stand close to the dumb bell weight rack while flexing in the mirror while you try and go around them with heavy ass dumb bells in your hand.

This one guy does one set every ten minutes, and won't leave the equipment he's using.

Then there's the guy who treats the gym like a social club, and looks clueless when the people he talks to aren't there.

The chicks who get on the assisted dip/pull-up machine and try to do a leg press down? variation, and the same chicks who get on the hip abductor machine and try to do splits on it. Also the 5'2 fatherless, bloated, bicyclers who yell at every rep and talk at the top of their lungs.

That leg press down is giving them a firmer, bigger ass. Same with the adductor machine.

The fat fukk that goes to the gym once on their own, then goes to the gym with a group being know it all fitness guru. Tells everyone else how to do their workouts and basically does nothing the whole workout. At the same time they are acting like they are working out.

You see this with a lot of younger broads

Honestly when I am at the gym, I am pretty much in my own world. Someone really has to do some retarded ass **** for them to catch my eye.

I go to planet fitness sometimes cuz I get in free. The way people workout is so bad there. Someone actually doing a lift correctly catches my eye there. People find new ways to figure out how to lift incorrectly on machines even.

I hear ya, I focus on my own **** and get the hell out. But if someone is on something I want to use, and they're on it a long time, it strangely increases my aggression, and I actually lift more, or do more reps.

Or if someone is doing something that is beyond stupid.

At a gym I used to go to a middle aged father trained his twink teenage son, they would stand in front of the barbell rack and do multiple sets, and wouldn’t let anyone else grab a barbell.

You on that ****gy time brah? Those girls are there for staring at between sets.

Anyway my list is:

- People who put dumbbells on the incorrect spot on the rack. Read you fukkin moran.
- People who stand right in front of the dumbbell rack to do their set
- People who camp out on a machine, taking 5 minutes break between one of their twenty five sets.

This thread gave me alot of insight on how to piss people, i've been getting bored inbetween sets. Thanks boys

I think tomorrow i'm going to come in wearing 3 belts: one around my waist, neck and cock. Take as many dumbbells as i can and start long sets in front of the racks while using every bench I can find around me to hold my excess dumbbells and finally at the peak of every 25lb curl im going to scream as loud as i can for dramatic effect.

Sounds like a good youtube series.
