I think you'd personally look really good if you dropped like 2%. I guess youre at like 12ish(?) atm, but at 10 I think would look good and a sunbed or two wouldnt hurt either.

Looks good tho!

I'm about 3-4 weeks away from getting to the bodyfat levels I want. Dat feel when only got decent abs with really good lighting atm.
I actually do use sunbeds, my tan sometimes doesn't show well in pictures but I have it at good level I think

I can see the appeal of 2% lower, just not for me I don't think. Definitely not worth the trade off because it gets exponentially harder

Always used to feel this, but honestly no. I work in a corporate environment and wouldn't want to look like a huge juice head, I wouldn't get taken seriously.

Theres nothing wrong with eating a variety, its just 10x harder to stay consistent.

I cook 10 meals on a sunday which I take to work each day, I eat the same stuff at the same times so its all just so easy, and if I want to adjust calories I just change a meal or two.

Yeh its boring but imo way better than plugging everything into myfitnesspal

My lifts are mediocre af.

Bench is like 130kg, my arms are so long that the ROM is silly (6'5 wingspan)
Deadlift 220kg (long arms actually help here)
Squat 160kg

Don't do anything but back day and curls for forearms, they are poverty I feel but again theyre so long and the insertions suck so theres not loads I can do

Feels like never gunna get a 6 pack crew checking in.
