If any black actor could play Supes though, I'd like it to be Kevin Hart ideally.

Jordan is sick as Creed, and he made Black Panther with that villain role.

But I think Kevin Hart would make a better Clark Kent/Superman.

there's a superhero character michael basketball jordan can play that isn't superman? he's a good enough actor and can get as jacked as much as he needs to be.

They should just do something where Flash changes the future, so they can scrap the whole franchise and make it look like BvS and JL never happened....then start fresh. Go from there, introduce new Superman actor, better Batman actor, Flash movie...something something leads to JL and unifies them.

Superman will not be black. The Chinese market will not support it. And that market is important to Hollywood. I like Michael B. Jordan but he shouldn't play Superman. He should have been casted as the new Spawn though. But I'd also like him as Jon Stewart who is the other Green Lantern. I think that would be good. But let's all be serious here, DC Films are a mess and I think that after they finish some of these new movies, they should scrap the whole project and wait a few years to reboot.

The thing with Superman, is that like others have said he is an alien from another planet, not a 'Caucasian' person. That is just how he has always been drawn. His racial identity doesn't really have much to do with his character and how he behaves (from what I know).

However, when you start casting characters who are specifically supposed to be Nordic and have a certain accent and culture, with black or non-white actors, then I can see why it is more likely to piss people off. If there was to be an SJW themed movie about the 1066 battle of Hastings where William of Normandy was played by Leslie Jones, then it would be a disgrace.
