I wouldn't really call that lifting for health chief...that isn't even enough to get heart rate high enough for cardio health.

Stop being a pussy and start hitting it hard at least 3x a week and clean diet up/get off the booze brah. You can do it

I know this is going to come off discouraging, but that is not an achievable goal by Jan 2019!

Maybe Jan. 2020 unless you have some elite genetics hidden somewhere.

But hey, it's just my opinion, so prove me wrong! Will be watching...

and that was with 4-500 kcals of LISS in a fasted state per day. doesn't even make sense

macros are 180-200 protein, 40-50 fat, ~200 carbs.

only eating enough carbs to fend off hypoglycemia

Turns out that endless gallons of beer turn you into a flabby fukker. Never been leaner than like 15% in my entire pathetic life. Gonna post a pic on the first day of each month and on New Years. If I fukk up and don't make it, ban me for all of next year srs.

I would estimate that I have to lose 20-25lbs of fat. Don't give a fukk if I end up at twink status.
Doable in 3 months if you have everything dialed in nutrition and workout wise then go hard on everything.

Hell, if you shave your chest/stomach and sweat it out in a sauna for a couple weeks... that might get you there w/ some flexing and good lighting.

But seriously... 12+ weeks you can be golden.

Good luck but I reckon you need to drop quite a bit of fat. From experience I thought I had only a few pounds to lose to get to my avi from already having abs. Took about 15lbs. You have at least 30lb. People always underestimate how much they have to lose.

I personally would put some mass on first as when you cut and get down to a decently low bodyfat percentage you will look awful.

I generally start people at ~14 calories per lb of body weight and then adjust things from there. Eh, I guess you're not really that far off.

Make sure you're tracking your weight consistently. Same time of day and same day of the week.

good to know I'm not the only 09er who fell off the wagon from time to time, lol

good luck on the abs! muscle memory is awesome. got back into my regimen in May after almost 2 years off and your composition changes so quickly that you feel like you're supplementing creatine. I'm almost back to where I left off

yeah, if he's doing cardio he should start a little higher, but some people just have ****ty metabolisms. the scale won't budge unless I start off at 12cals/lb (but I'm a manlet and I do zero cardio, so there's that)

Has hypoglycemia been a thing with you before? I'm thinking @ 200 grams of carbs you have zero chance of having low blood sugar unless you have other health issues.

It's plagued me since I was like 14. It's a lot better since I eat red meat every day (presumably due to zinc)

My body temp has not dropped l, so I think my metabolic rate is intact. I weigh every morning and my salt intake etc. is identical day to day

i've had issues with it and so has a friend of mine, supposedly i make too much insulin so if i'm going low carb for a while then binge on a ton of carbs i'll end up with blood glucose around 40-50 a couple hours later. I've actually passed out a couple times from eating too much and going to piss in the middle of the night. Got a scar on my forehead and broke my friends table one of those times lmao

From what i've been told it's actually pretty common the degrees just vary
