Attractive chicks I give them the standard 10 to 15% because I know there are tons of Timothys that tip obnoxiously like in the opee for them. I high tip the people I know never have that happen.

I was at an airport yesterday, sat down in the restaurant. Tons of caked up makeup sl00ts running around calling every guy "sweetie" or "hun" (I hate that SO much). The waitress that came up to my table looked like she was barely 17. Glasses, braces, could tell she was nervous. Total dweeb but she was adorable. Left her a $20 tip on a $14 bill.

I tip on a scale of 1 - 5.

5 being the max amount of dollars I tip for exceptionally good service. (for hair cuts its a scale of 1 - 3)

I tip based on body language of the server/waitress, how pleasant they are, how busy it is, basically just how genuine they are. I don't want to be treated like a king, tipping is a bit weird anyway but there's times when I've no problem with it. I worked as a server and I used to turn down tips if it was quiet.

I was at club 33 at Disneyland, did about 20% tip for a group of 5 people. Dining experience was professional and formal. As I left the place the waiter came up to me and said thank you in private. Tipping is only meant for places like that or Mastros where they are knowledgable and professional, esp if there's an old school feel, the butler in the bathroom type of deal.... that's the only real time a tip should be presented.....the sh*t we give @ hooters or any mom and pop place is way overdone..... maybe 10-15 percent max.... the people who tip a girl $20 at a place like hooters or some random establishment are the ones who allow this type of behavior to end up on social media and in reality, this negative reinforcement for stupid women. Now again I like to tip where tips are not really presented, like having a tow truck driver come and service your vehicle on the side of the road, things like that are more worth your money/time/appreciation.

Used to work as a cook. Hated how the waitresses made way more than me for less work.
