I had inflammation there but it was from prostatitis. That's what eating like chit plus having an extremely tight pelvic floor did. Felt like I had a mass in my gooch area, and the back of my nuts were throbbing. Even burned a little when I pissed at first. Thought I had an std. But it was prostatitis.
Just stretched, ate a little better, took some ibuprofen, and wore some better underwear from what I read. All gone.
