Anyone ever have epididymitis?
Epididymitis is an inflammation of the small, coiled tube at the back of the testicle (epididymis).
I've had it before and I'm pretty sure I have it again. Right nut is swollen, hurts, and I have a lot of the same symptoms that I had when I had it a few years back.

relax, put some ice on it and even the pain out by smacking yourself in the other plum with a resistance band

I know that -itis basically means inflammation. I just thought it was inflamed because of an infection. Good to know. Will rep tomorrow. Appreciate it, bro.

i dont think i had that but i just found out i have an epididymal cyst.
you wont wait that long if you tell them you have teste pain. they want to make sure you dont have testicular torsion first and foremost so just tell them you're having extreme testicular pain and you should be seen relatively quickly. mornings are always better for the ED. idk about weekends though.

There are 2 classes of meds depending on the root cause of the infection, if it is caused by infection so it is a 50/50 thing.
But...
To further complicate the issue, the generalization of the symptoms could also point to testicular torsion. This could only truly be differentiated by an ultrasound and or a exploratory procedure, as an cremasteric reflex test is not always accurate in cases involving subjects with spine injury.
LSS This has the potential to be a srs condition, and a proper, diagnosis by a medical professional ASAP would be your best option. Testicular necrosis would not be good.

Had it 2 months ago, started as dull pain in lower ab and balls, my sis-in law is an uerologist she told ne to go to er stat when the pain started getting worse over a few hours. Gave me pain meds while in there then after all tests let me go with a script for anti-biotic and care instructions..My right testicle ended up being about the size of a softball, crazy pain. I thought the were kidding about wearing tighty whitey, well after 2 days i bought some to try anything to help the pain and they re the truth. best nut support ever and i wear compression boxers, the way the whiteys cup the boys is heaven because gravity is a mofo and pulling on the infected tube in the balls....awful time, took almost a week to feel full strength and 2 motnsh later right testicle is close to normal size but is much ahrder than before

First thread I ever made on the misc was a srs thread about how I get extreme testicular pain whenever I haven't nutted in 36-48 hours. Ever since I can remember.. Haven't gone to the doc to get myself diagnosed yet, still happens to this day. I have to get off every 36 hours or I'm in for some serious pain.

Did not expect this thread to still be alive today lol. Pain isn't as bad as last night, but I'll be making an appointment with my PCP doctor as soon as they open on Monday.

Keep in mind that you can lose a nut in just a couple of hours if it's something like testicular torsion. Go to the ER. It doesn't sound like that, but why chance it?

I had epyditimitis for years I kept taking short term courses of antibiotics. This NEVER fixed me, although it helped initially. it kept coming back.
You need long term high dose antibiotics, I’m on doxycycline 100 mg twice a day. Will continue for even a year or more if I have to, but it’s 4 months very minimum.
Professor Malone lee talks about embedded infections, you can book an online consultation with him. But it’s the same deal with having a urinary tract infection, unless you kill the entire infection including the protective biofilm it will keep coming back. Even if your test results don’t show you have epyditimitis or an infection it’s still there if you have symptoms.

I thought I had nad cancer, or testicular torsion. When I found out it was a benign tumour it was a massive relief.
Pro tip: can be brought on by gonorrhea or chlamydia. Also, Raw Dog Crew

I had it once, when it hurt ot hurt like hell. Like someone grabbing your nut and squeezing it. I went to a doctor and he gave me antibiotics, it got better pretty fast after that.
