Very good perspectives and advice. Its true....having nice things is a blessing and curse.
1. I try stay super focused on the balance between hustle and building relationships. Too much one way sacrifices the other. Curious as to why your family time is at 0%. Mine is heavy on family time, lighter on friend time, medium on health and medium on work.
2. I dont look at things of passion (car guy too as an example) so the next doesnt have to be faster, sexier, cooler from public opinion. I look at it as just a different thing I get to experience.
3. Volunteering - i totally get where you are coming from in that if you are doing it purely for 1 thing or another it could possibly be seen as self serving. I look at it as most things in life are self serving. There is a difference between going and helping people, feeling good about it and not having to broadcast it to the world vs posting everything on instagram. On top of that, I see it as a chance to connect with different people, people that might live outside of your "bubble". Creating that human fabric from different places gives insight to different perspectives and helps me be a more well rounded individual.

As an example, over spring break a few weeks back, i packed the family in the car and we drove 12 hours to the beaches in Florida from Texas. Stayed for 4 nights, drove back, unpacked and re-packed our camping gear and went camping for 2 nights. Total spent for 4 people ALL in was $1500.
The time we spent as a family unit in the car talking with our children, telling stories around a campfire, listening to animals in the tent were priceless. Could have blown $20k on some exotic vacation but this to me felt much more geared towards things I like and care about.

I want really sick midsection/abs. I got really lean before, but never had that great abs - so going to work them harder this time. I hate the idea of being a 50 year old and showing my kids what sick shape I was in - using photographs that already exist (if that makes sense). I'd like to think that I havent already reached peak aesthetics years ago..
I would say having a sick physique back in my 20s when I was single was definitely helpful. These days IM much more worried about how I feel. I guess it comes with old age. Focusing more on flexibility, cardio stamina, etc. I still train 4 days a week but its more HiiT style to ensure i stay strong, lean but most importantly build stamina. But I dont put much thought into it, i show up, they tell me what to do, i have a heart meter on, we go balls to the wall, I am drenched in sweat at the end then i go home and play with my kids and dont think about it any more until the next session.
