It's impossible to be 7'9" if you're only 6'9".

People didn't bully him because they were tying to test him, fight him, or take their manlet rage out on him. He was a gigantic clumsy dude in a massive frame. As someone that size, especially a teenager, everyone expects you to be a stud athlete. Like someone posted above the coaches would give him **** because he was so bad at basketball and football, as if he was a waste of talent. Not to mention he looked 40 at 17. He would get mistaken for an adult all of the time when we were in hs. Felt bad for him.

Coach probably saw he was genetically gifted height wise and was ruining his potential by stuffing himself with pizza and donuts all day.

Yeah this guy and his brother looked like NBA/NFL prospects, but were frustratingly uncoordinated. That is a fukkin crime in this world.

5'8 no way. hate basketball even lanky unathletic fuks that are 6'3 can dunk, chit is a stupid sport, why compete when your mental and training can literally never overcome your physical limitations?

damn shame how many kids train in basketball from toddlers only to grow up to be 5'10, dedicating 15 years to waste.

So he's basically like a reality youtube star? I follow college basketball fairly closely, he isn't even ranked on any sites. I don't see any offers. There are under 6'0" guys who have been great collegiate players and some (although a tiny percent) who do well in the NBA. From the little I've seen he is not one of them, dribbling like a gimmicky streetballer is meaningless.

*Apparently he has an uncomfirmed offer from UTSA and is unranked.

Probably a true 5'8'', its very common for guys who are small as 5'3'' to claim 5'8''. There are several miscers here doing that.

Thatโ€™s brutal, at that height you barely need to jump to throw it down.

He should try strongman, there is a kid like that at the strongman gym I go to, people love him there. He works really hard I think he recently deadlifted 700 lbs for 7 or something ridiculous. Also had a friend who looked 30 at 17, super cool dude, and he was never carded...

Ive seen a lot of those videos, those guys fraud down their height for shock value a little, and they're also usually like 22 and in perfect health with tremendous athletic ability.

Maybe if I warm up for like 15 minutes... lol. When I was 20lbs lighter and a bit more nimble I could walk right in a gym, stand under a goal, jump straight up and 2 hand it effortlessly.

Been doing a lot of jump training lately. Hate how out of shape I am despite being stronger and looking better lol.
