If you really want to realize how bad fap/porn is ... fking get a stop watch and record how much time you waste in a session doing it.

Think i saw somewhere that the average hotel person watches/surfs like 30 minutes of porn and that the average male jerks it once per day. So if you do the math that is:

3.5 hrs/week
183 hrs/year OR 7.6 days/year
76 days/decade

580 days/ave.lifetime

OR

1.6 years of their entire life wasted for just fap


...and that estimate is probably extremely conservative when you consider modern tech, availability of porn, and how much most people downplay their addictions. I would guess for a lot of people it is more like 2-3 years of their life dedicated to just porn/fap.

Even on the low end estimate ... 182 hours per year spent on pron ... ridiculous when you think about it.

No i say that you can try not doing it and see how long you can go without it. Its than that you realize how much you depend on it to cope with things. Also i wouldn't even say that masturbation is a natural as it gets just because it releases endorphins. Same thing could be said for alcohol. Statistics suggest otherwise.

And 30 minutes is extremely reasonable when you add up time finding desired material, prep, deed, clean-up. Most people don't just run to the corner of a room, whip out their talleywhacker, and start jerking away. Most have a drawn out routine.

I've gone over a month without it. Some times I do it more than ocne in a day. What's the purpose of "seeing how long you can go wihtout it"???
