You mentioned you were sick for a while and it may have been supplements; what were your symptoms? Drastic improvement once cutting them out?

Been feeling nauseous lately and not sure if it's the supplements I am taking.

I was nauseous and although I’ve never had appendicitis the doctors said the symptoms also mimicked that as well not to mention HORRIBLE acid reflux and this coming from a guy that had never even experienced heart burn before. About a week after cutting all supps it all went away and my life improved greatly all around. In the spirit of honesty I will admit I take nexium daily just to curb the heart burn/reflux.

Alright man, that's cool. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing then. Appreciate the advice.

Not to sound like a b*tch but making this thread wasn’t much fun because (for obvious reasons) one of my bigger fears, and I have damn few, was being seen with my shirt off. I honestly don’t think I still look all that great but the comments here have been very uplifting and a great motivator, for that I sincerely thank you all.

Make your thread brah, I encourage you to, I’ll read and comment and I’m sure you’ll enjoy yours as much as I’ve enjoyed this. The misc can be a good place for self esteem from time to time it would appear.

Edit: thank you all except wincel above me

Fuk it dude. Just make your progress thread and show us the grind you're putting in. We've all got fears my dude, acknowledge yours and break through it.

Thanks bro, to be honest your transformation thread served as a pretty good motivator for me to stay the course and to be honest there’s no way I would’ve posted mine had it not been for you and a couple other good miscers being so positive and uplifting.

Whatever school you attended had garbage trainers. 6’8” 270 today on your own, you could be well over 300 full on beast with proper coaching. Probly tossing mrfrs around a pro field by now.

How can you not be good at pushing people? It’s literally the simplest position to play in any sport ever invented. I can’t even fathom how uncoordinated you must be
