Never done this before but this is a bodybuilding website so...
Progression pics...
6’8 370 lbs to 270 lbs, took a little over two years. Let me know what you think, still have a long way to go but I’m pretty happy with my progress.
Coming off a severe bout of depression, was more or less a full time drunk at this point in my life.

Currently

Well misc, do your thing! Advice and constructive comments/criticism are welcome.

How'd you actually progressively overload on bench press? Strength numbers are insane so I'm keen to grab any advice.

You looked like a drinker in the first photo. You are on the right path. Just eat clean, lift weights, and do a little bit of cardio. You look to be 6-8 months out from possibly being cut, depending on how hard you want it.

"Supplements"?
90% of my diet is home raised beef and veggies with some rice (I’m a cattle rancher by trade) and I avoid processed food like the plague. Pretty much only eat once a day as a form of intermittent fasting and try to stay under 2500 calories.
Was on about every OTC supplement there was for a long time then got kinda sick a little over a year ago. I figured it was one of the supplements giving me trouble when the docs couldn’t figure out the problem so I quit them all and my general health improved greatly as well as libido and overall quality of life so naturally I despise supplements now. I’m not a juicer, I have absolutely nothing against it and would most likely try it out but living in BFE SoDak I have nobody to get them through.
