Never done this before but this is a bodybuilding website so...

Progression pics...

6’8 370 lbs to 270 lbs, took a little over two years. Let me know what you think, still have a long way to go but I’m pretty happy with my progress.

Coming off a severe bout of depression, was more or less a full time drunk at this point in my life.

In the first pic I was lifting much at all so I’m actually much stronger now. Put up the biggest bench of my life a year ago but admittedly I’m not as strong as I was a year ago due to an injury plus cutting hard.

Around 455 close grip at the moment, shoulder issues don’t really allow me to do traditional bench anymore. I broke something ribs and tore a muscle in my back a few months ago and my strength suffered greatly.

I’m all honesty yes, quite a bit of dink gains, due to fat loss around it. By far my favorite thing about weight loss.

Played in high school but I was always better at football, played some left tackle in college but wasn’t quite good enough to make it to the next level.

How'd you actually progressively overload on bench press? Strength numbers are insane so I'm keen to grab any advice.

You looked like a drinker in the first photo. You are on the right path. Just eat clean, lift weights, and do a little bit of cardio. You look to be 6-8 months out from possibly being cut, depending on how hard you want it.

I have a friend that owns a clothing store and she custom orders me pants and boots (15-16 EE depending on brand).

Honestly bro I’m not real good at giving advice on benching because I don’t really follow a program. I do anywhere from a 10-8-6-4-2-2 with each rep being heavy enough it’s near failure to a 5x5 type routine. I always do bench at least twice a week and just kinda try to push myself as hard as I can.

I don’t know much about offensive line but 6’8 350lb and benching 500 seems like a recipe for next level to me. What were you not good at? Footwork or sum chit?

Upper/lower 6 days a week, 30 minutes of low intensity cardio a day.

90% of my diet is home raised beef and veggies with some rice (I’m a cattle rancher by trade) and I avoid processed food like the plague. Pretty much only eat once a day as a form of intermittent fasting and try to stay under 2500 calories.

Was on about every OTC supplement there was for a long time then got kinda sick a little over a year ago. I figured it was one of the supplements giving me trouble when the docs couldn’t figure out the problem so I quit them all and my general health improved greatly as well as libido and overall quality of life so naturally I despise supplements now. I’m not a juicer, I have absolutely nothing against it and would most likely try it out but living in BFE SoDak I have nobody to get them through.

I had never played tackle in my life until college and believe it or not there’s a huge learning curve with a ton of technique to being a good tackle. By the time I got it down real well I blew a knee in fall camp my last year and just never really pursued it as I graduated the next spring.

Both my parents were runts of their families so no but family on both sides have several large people both in girth and height in them.
