Most benefits don't even start to kick in until the 3 day point. 7 days is not all that aggressive unless a person is underweight and has no fat stores

Humans are very well adapted to the fasted state. It is far more deviant from our historical environment to eat three times a day than it is to eat in larger intervals

I feel like cutting calories is retarded for fat loss and that running is best but I do like fasting for cleaning out my digestive system. I take EC stack when I do it and not eating is not a struggle whatsoever. I hope the EC doesn't reverse any health benefits though.

Approx 36 hours in. Just woken up from sleep. Feeling good.
Felt weird going for my morning dump without having anything to actually excrete. I guess it's another one of those habits we pick up.

Very slight headache this morning, perhaps due to running out of glucose and ketosis flu occurring.

Weight this morning 93.9kg/207lb

It's good to see so many on the misc actively being supportive of something.

Having a coffee on wake up and before gym. A tea before bed as well.

Black of course

Just pushed out 40 minutes on the stationary bike nice and slow to chip away at the remaining glucose.

Can definitely feel the keto flu happening. Feel like I just snorted a whole bunch of water up my nose.

Other than that, feeling good.

I did my first 3 day fast with just water like 2 months ago, it was pretty Interesting

-literally wasn't hungry at all
-didn't poop once
-no caffeine withdrawals and I'm a pretty big coffee drinker. I have withdrawals when I'm eating my normal diet with no caffeine.
-sinuses got so clear, didn't realize my sinuses could be so open
-eczema behind ears cleared up after day 2

Most of this came back tho when I ate stuff again. I think I have some sort of food intolerance

Just hit 48 hours.

Feeling a little light headed and the heart feels more 'active' for lack of a better term.

The body is definitely adjusting to a lack of food. Should feel better in the morning. Not actually hungry but do want to eat something mainly to quell boredom.

I’d be scared to work out with no food. Ever feel like passing out?

Felt lightheaded and dizzy when standing up too fast yesterday.

I'll take note and see if I feel the same today.

Weight training update.

Just trying to compare results so doing the exact same session I did last time. Here are the results from the compound movements I did today. I tend to do full body workouts btw

Results
Last session
Bench 80kg 4 x 14
Front squat 100kg 3 x 6

Today
Bench 80kg 3 x 12
Front squat 3 x 4

I feel normal but definitely weaker as per these results.

As I got home today I feel a large burst of energy. At about 70ish hours into fast now. Hopefully fully keto adapted and properly processing my own resources is the explanation.

Wake up day 4. 85 hours in.

Weight 92.5kg/203.9 lb

Feeling good hunger wise, no cravings or anything.

I noticed something last night that has stayed so far this morning. My feet and back were hurting significantly for no discernable reason. The best way I could describe it is as both a skeletal and muscular pain. Kinda similar to a feeling I'd get if I pushed too hard on a deadlift.
