Starting 7 day fast tommorow

Doing a fast starting tommorow. Have done a couple of 2-3 day fasts before and genuinely enjoyed the experience.

The family is out of town for the week and thought, screw buying groceries for a week.

Will be weighing myself every morning and still training every day.

Will update misc each day.

I plan on maintaining the same sessions but will adapt if required. Will be 3 weights sessions, 2 hiit sessions, 2 gentle bike rides and 2 wrestling movement days (no training partners to actually grapple atm)

About 26 hours in, some slight hunger pangs but certainly tolerable. The day is made much easier by being quite action packed at work keeping my mind occupied.

Tommorow going to be more difficult mainly as work will be quite monotonous and slow.
As far as training went no real change today as I train fasted anyway.

Regular table salt? Or does it have to be fancy salt like Kosher Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt?

Good luck OP. In to see how you feel with your lifts mostly and see how much weight you drop. You ought to feel pretty lean after 7 days, I'd think.

That's too long. It should be 3-4 days max. You are going to lose a lot of muscle. Good luck though OP.

to lose weight - i just eat 700 calories a day - dat lyle mcdonald rapid fat loss life.

Much easier then nothing - and keeps body from metabolic adapting your ass. I have one refeed meal a week to keep sanity.

Other options are alternate day fasting. But eating nothing - esp if ur not obese - is gonna be brutal. Unless ur on dat math time.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

The exact opposite of this. Very low calorie diets will produce more hunger and be worse metabolically than a straight fast. The only reason to consider the VLCD would be for protein sparing reasons

Depends on the person and their routine and goals. Fat phucks don't need to worry about it. Obviously a fit person should not be doing EF on a regular basis, it would be more of an occasional event for health benefits in that scenario, which is prolly where OP is

Am aware that fasting has some proven benefits. Just wasn't aware of additional benefits of fasting for 7 days. It seems excessive
