Probably not much of a surprise to most here and those with a modicum of critical thinking skills or enough time spent in the lifting game to figure out the reality of things

But just lol @ non-natties trying to tell you that you still have to work hard n that it dont make much of a difference... gtfo

if you do 40 minutes to 60 minutes of low impact cardio every day
such as walking on the incline treadmill or walking with the sled with at heart rate between 140-170 , you can end up packing some serious size.
most people just suck and cant get big because they do everything in pussy steps
you have to train big, do cardio big and then eat like a monster.

example 10-15 minutes warmup on cardio machine before your workout and 30-50 minutes after your workout. then you carb up

my usual post workout shake is around 1000 cals with milk oats protein and egg white
with around 12-25 oreao cookies, depends on what im training
---------------------------------
example even tho jay cutler was on juice he would wake up every morning and do 45 minutes of stair master fasted and eat 12 meals a day.
granted you wont get his size , you could easily be huge with 20 inch biceps naturally

follow James Harrison ex nfl line backer for the steeler he does 50 minutes of cardio everyday

They have the strengthlevel.com and symmetricstrength.com strength/body weight standard tables, for example. You don't have to plug in just 1 RM on some of the sites. Some of them offer moderate rep-range standard guidelines.

You have to attempt what is achievable for you!! If it's not numbers, then it could be a larger variety of exercises and/or trying to go as close to failure as possible with a good number of sets.

Edit: Another site: ExRx.net
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

Pudzianowski is liberal with his diet and is often seen eating chocolate, ice cream or burgers.[34][35] On one of the World Strongman events shown on TV, and an interview for MTV, when asked about his diet he said: "I eat everything. I do not follow any particular diet. I eat anything I want, anytime I want".[36]

My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and two to three pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy. In the morning, it will be several 3 Musketeers and/or Snickers bars;I need them for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 PM, is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes. An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate. Dinner is whatever meat I can grab—steaks, pork chops, bacon—plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. At 9 or 10 PM, I work out again. Afterward, I have a protein shake and more chocolate. At 3 or 4 AM, I wake up and have more chocolate, then go back to sleep until morning

you said something OP ?

Not really true. Genetics are just a multiplier for hard work. If you are talking about 2 people that work out consistently and have solid diets though you are 100% correct
