The truth about bodybuilding and gains in general...

Is that it all boils down to drugs and genetics

Probably not much of a surprise to most here and those with a modicum of critical thinking skills or enough time spent in the lifting game to figure out the reality of things

But just lol @ non-natties trying to tell you that you still have to work hard n that it dont make much of a difference... gtfo

To an extent, but if you put enough tech into ur body you can circumvent all of that and still get gains hella better than the average hard working natty

I’m not allowed to say what bodybuilding mostly is but you can figure it out

low body fat plus large amount of muscle mass...

only other way that’s gonna happen is with a near perfect diet, workout, and genetics. which most men don’t have/do.

if they’re past age 35 then it gets even more obvious

It might be brah, but I still enjoy lifting and the discipline and routine I derive from it. I may never decide to leave humanity behind and tech into a half cyborg, but oh well

It’s still real to me dammit
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Personally dont care if some juices or not, or even if they claim natty

What bugs me is roidcels pretending that they know all the secrets to the trade when it's really just the drugs doing all the work for them

Build muscle Like crazy. Ectomorphs like Zyzz get the best results because they’re already low body fat and gain muscle very very easily,

Natty bodybuilding is pointless.

Lift for general health and personal gains. Chasing a bodybuilder physique is a frustrating waste for 99% of natty lifters.

What goes up, must come down. The same for artificially enhanced muscles.

Agreed, but every new lifter goes through the initial stage of thinking they can become natty competitive bbers based on their newbie gains.

Assuming you consistently train long enough, with the diet nutrition and rest. You will make gains. Not as fast as an enhanced lifter. Nor as extreme. But you can still make great gains as a natty.

You have to realize the average person has a crappy physique. If you spend a lot of time in gyms/around athletes it might seem like a norm for dudes to be jacked and lean. But its not. I'd be shocked if even 10% of males over 25 have any kind of a physique at all that indicates they lift.

As far as natural 'bodybuilding' its kind of a joke really. Good luck maintaining mass, while being lean and dry. For natties I think 10-12% body fat is probably optimal. Far from shredded but at least you can look like you lift in clothes or naked.

Most people don't seem to realise they can't achieve their "dream BB physique" natty.

You can still look pretty good though. No need to be a tank to have a good body

Yeah, but if you lift heavy enough and can train with enough intensity consistently, then you will just automatically begin to develop a muscular and defined physique within a reasonable amount of time. You need fast-twitch muscle fibers, strong tendons and good muscle insertions and then there shouldn't be too much of a problem, as long as you don't try to emulate those "freakish-looking" images.

I think some of you guys are looking at the wrong influences...the bodies that are just TOO (abnormally) overdeveloped and shredded!!! Why don't you just set your sights lower and aim for a normal/realistic amount of muscularity??? What's wrong with THAT?! And then continue to give yourself enough time and have patience.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!
