Trampolines are inherently dangerous. There was one kid who did trampoline once and he scorpioned it.

There's this law that says that if someone trespasses on your property and gets injured, you're not liable. However, that doesn't apply if the trespasser is a child. You are liable for damages if the kid trespasses. Trampolines encourage kids to trespass and gives you a higher likelihood of an accident.
