Fair play. He even have him a warning check.

You can tell it had been going on for a while, probably stuck behind the grey van.

Tailgating (like half a meter from rear bumper) is par for the course in the country I'm in. Makes me rage because it happens every single time I drive, even when I'm passing other cars and going a bit above the speed limit.

Most of the time I try to ignore it but sometimes it gets too much and I brake check. Results are variable. Sometimes they back off. Other times they get more aggressive and it turns into a full on confrontation. Can't be bothered with that and end result is going to be a needless fight so just try to tolerate it these days.

Nah what pisses me off is those idiots who are supposed to give you way when merging from a closed lane and they just speed up because they're just a bunch of degenerate retards

If you are being tail gated you should move the fuk over. The passing lane is just that, for passing.

Guy wants to speed and go fast let him.

Break checking is beta imo.

Also as annoying as tailgaters are just check your ego and move to the slow lane on the free way.

Had someone tailgating me when I was going 5 over and he probably approached my car going 20-30 over on a single lane windy road by my house tho. That chit got me heated as fuk so I just stopped my car put It in park and started pointing at him while yelling to get the fuk off my ass.

I was having a bad day, I don’t think I would normally do that.

whats the point of brake checking? youre more likely to cause an accident or fuk up your own vehicle.

dude caught brake checking will get in more trouble and face more fines then tailgater. other guy almost crashed into the on coming lane. Putting innocent people in danger.

German law says you always have to use the right lane when not currently passing other cars (Rechtsfahrgebot).

People merging have to watch passing traffic, so there is no need to move over to the passing lane blocking traffic and causing accidents.

Again. If you're feeling that insecure with your driving, then stay in your lane.

You're the perfect example of a salty beta driver. Thanks for confirmation.
You cannot exceed the speed limit to pass. You must be at the speed limit or lower to pass. Therefore if I am going the speed limit it is perfectly fine to stay in the left lane for hours during long road trips as nobody can legally pass me. If you chose to go around, violate the law and pass me on the right lane, that is your choice. I am not going to consciously aid someone in committing a crime, it is immoral. If you feel the speed limits are too low, perhaps you should petition your congressional representatives to get them changed. Breaking the law and driving aggressively is not the way to voice your disagreement. I will do everything I can to help you obey the law but many decide to break it anyways and be mad at me for my generous offer of help.

If he is already at the speed limit, he cannot legally speed up. The person behind hims desires are irrelevant. The law doesnt care about feelings.

Ah a kindred spirit. The two of us could definitely tackle some two lane highways. Imagine us side by side both at the speed limit to keep an entire road safe with no illegal passing. If only we lived in the same area, I would be willing to give up my weekends to go do some highway patrols together, I got some frs radios we can stay in comms and see if we can get our cruise controls in sync otherwise it would be manual control, side by side enforcing the law.

Doesn't matter how slow you are passing the cars on the right, so long as you are passing them and merge over afterwards, which he was doing if you watch the video and see that traffic is moving slower than the brake checker. Tailgater is an impatient **** like many ADHD miscers, it's a shame he didn't rollover and get ejected then crushed to death.

Also fuking lol how the guy switches back to the right lane immediately after brake checking the tailgater and watching him crash into the ditch, would rep IRL absolutely based.

Evasive maneuver when he saw the man behind him couldnt control his vehicle. Would I ever exceed the speed limit for an evasive maneuver if some hot head lost control of his vehicle? yes. Would I ever exceed the limit because an emotional driver behind me merely wanted me to? No i do not give into peer pressure easily, I am lone ranger, standing proud and not easily swayed.

None of you know the brake-checkers intentions, but you all know the tailgater was doing it intentionally.

The brake checker may very well be in the wrong, there is no doubt the tailgater was in the wrong.

I mean over here, you can go 15 MPH over the speed limit before you get ticketed. So in a 55 you can do 70, any more then that you get a ticket. So if I'm doing 15 over the speed limit, and you are tailgating me, fuk you I aint moving over or speeding up. People who speed and zip in and out of lanes are the most annoying people ever. If I want to go over the speed limit, I'll let someone pass me and then I'll tailgate them but a little slower so if there is a cop they'll get pinched and not me. However, what I usually see is once I move over, they get nervous since they are in front and they slow down.

Both are wrong, but the actions of one led to the situation. If the tailgater never tailgated he would not have had his accident.

The guy brake checking without a tailgater would not do anything which is why you should not tailgate.

Maybe you should try trolling, logical thinking does not work for you.

lol, you clearly said both are in the wrong and I'm not even disputing that lol

I just find it funny people that seem to follow a "two wrongs make a right" kind of thinking in this case

if the guy brake checking went of the road what would you've come up with?

It depends on the state. In Georgia, where I live, the law states you must move over at the first safe opportunity for faster cars irregardless of their speed or if they are breaking posted speed limits. It is a law that specifically deals with slow drivers in the left the lane. It is literally called the "left lane law"...

If you are in the left lane and you do not move over when you've had a safe opportunity you are breaking the law and can be ticketed...
