He couldn't, there was a car merging from the on ramp.

In any event, the first rule of the road is to drive defensively. The tailgater played himself. He was assuming he could bully the other driver to get out of his way, but he left himself nowhere to go if the car in front of him did something unpredictable.

No sympathy from me. I assume the tailgater walked away with nothing worse than a bruised ego and hefty repair bills. I'd feel differently if he was hurt or killed for sure, but even then, it would have still been his own fault.

On a minor road it's good to keep them in line with a cheeky check but on a freeway to severely brake check someone can just have too many random risks for you or others.

I hate tailgaters too, especially when they have multiple lanes to overtake, but in some countries brake checking is also illegal.

Both drivers are kunts but the car did the right thing not moving over until they passed the onramp where traffic was actively merging.

You see the car merging? It is always dick heads like you in Hessen that make the A3 get blocked during rush hour due to accidents. Your Audi station wagon is so fast.

BTW I also drive fast, and am often frustrated with people blocking the left lane. I do not flash my brights or tailgate, but sometimes turn on my left blinker if they are clearly just blocking me. Yes people are trying to just slow you down sometimes, or they might not be paying attention. Being safe and respecting each other leads to the better outcome regardless of who you are dealing with.

You never know what someone is going through and when you are a young man driving alone you often fail to consider anything but your autistic self in your canary yellow Polo with flames on the side.

The guy hits him while he is changing lanes and it turns into him merging in front of him without video footage.

I agree that brake check was bad and could have killed someone

1. There is plenty of space to safely move over as the beta driver is going that slow. If there wasnt he could indicate his intention to move out of the way as soon as possible by using his indicators.

2. Dont drive in the fast lane in the first place if you're that insecure with your driving.

3. You may want to take some refresh classes in driving school if you dont understand basic traffic rules.

German law says you always have to use the right lane when not currently passing other cars (Rechtsfahrgebot).

People merging have to watch passing traffic, so there is no need to move over to the passing lane blocking traffic and causing accidents.

Again. If you're feeling that insecure with your driving, then stay in your lane.

The car was actively passing other cars. He literally just passed a truck.

It is impossible to always be passing cars in the left lane. I have seen enough people get hurt from unsafe driving to not accept your attitude on driving. I know how to drive and also know aggressive driving leads to getting your license taken.

I was pulled into some hinterwalder court in bensheim as a witness for something similar to this. Total time kill for me just because someone wanted to drive like an ass and risk other people's lives. Your justice system and society frown on people like you.

Edit: I have also had a colleague run his Corvette right under a farmer in a **** box trying to pass a truck on the a66 where it is two lanes. If you drive that fast you are responsible for what you hit/kill regardless of whether or not the old man just trying to get home sees you. I also gave him **** for driving so fast. Not one person including his wife sided with his typical aggressive driving and were mad at him for almost killing someone.

You may think it is acceptable to drive aggressive, but I doubt your parents (unless your dad is also an immature jerk) feel the same.

Yes I am salty since people I care about also drive cars.
