I think there is something to be said for guys with higher insertions. I feel like they typically get snapped up more so than dudes with longer biceps

Tore mine passing guard in jiu jitsu.
Luckily it tore at the top of the muscle, not the bottom (which usually requires surgery)
It happens to a lot of active people as they age, there is no rhyme or reason.

Hyperextended my elbow during wrestling in high school and tore my bicep so yes. I was natty back then.
