How about just re-season your chit before sticking it back in the microwave?
You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

none of you are aware until you buy a tefal airfryer.

Dice up 1kg of chicken breast into small pieces
Season heavily
Put in 50grams of olive oil/coconut oil
leave to fry for 15 minutes
= 10 portions worth of chicken (100grams uncooked - roughly 85 grams cooked chicken breast + 5grams of fat when the whole thing is divided by 10)

Maybe your taste buds will be different on it. I'm not a huge chicken fan to begin with really, so that goes into my review. For the price, I was expecting better quality.

Maybe try out the 5lb box, and get a few flavors to see what you think, just wanted to offer my review of it.

Interesting mate i've never tried cooking straight from frozen before. Won't work for my chicken as it's 5-6 breasts frozen together but i've got some fish and beef that i'll definitely give a shot. Will save me a lot of time waiting to defrost when i need it instantly.

Give it a try, it's the goat method. I was buying frozen chicken breasts individually packaged from costco but they've run out since 'rona so I just buy fresh and store them individually in the freezer. No seasoning needed either really.

Kinda true man I have some but I only use them for chicken salad.

Not gonna keep skin off to save a few calories.

Holds moisture really well and tastes good for 3-4 days.

This is coming from someone who typically dry heaves when eating chicken breast.
And strong this^. I often use a wine bottle to pound them flat while the chicken is covered in parchment paper or inside a large zip lock bag. Doesn’t really matter how thick or thin as long as it’s even. Don’t want one side to be done and the other to be raw or one side done and the other side dry af.

Also a good method if you’re grilling is to use like parsley chopped up and mixed in with minced garlic into butter to top them with as those last few degrees of IT come into the zone.
