Yes and the leg press. Don‘t do heavy squats and bench anymore. Always better with leg press and DBs anyway. But back then I was training with a national PL champion, so squating and BB benching was mandatory, lol.

Progressive overload making sure you set aside a week or less to deload every few months. Even if you do the same rep scheme but with more time under tension, or pauses etc anything to stop your body only in maintenance mode.

Eventually your improvement will be very minuscule as you reach your genetic limits but even just 2.5lb more will help.

Yeah i’ll try that man. Plus i haven’t taken a week off in quite some time.

Experimented a bit about 10 years ago after i had taken a full accutane course. Acne came back ten fold and i vowed never to touch it again. Plus natty gains are so gratifying. I just enjoy pushing myself mentally in the gym ya know?

Yeah i’ve noticed that man. My lifts will sometimes go up one week, then back then next, then a PR on the next week. It’s like a wave_length, seewutididther? Lololz
