Exactly. Also, I'm not interested in men just because other women are. If I'm attracted to someone, I couldn't give one fuk if other women think he's attractive or unattractive. My opinion is the only one that matters to me.

Hung out with a girl (that friend zoned me in my low self esteem younger days) and her friends at a college party. Pretty much all of her friends made it very clear they thought I was hot (th..thanks...yu 2), and of course the next day said chick that friend zoned me was all over my nuts.

Long story short, a lot of women like men that they know other women like. I'm not sure why that is, but it's definitely true. & of course one of those friends & her are no longer friends because we started talking after that

I know many men would say it doesn't work the other way around (a man fuking a girl just because his mates find her hot although he's not that attracted to her).

But in my younger years, I've definitely banged a girl I wasn't really into just cause I knew some of my buddies found her hot.

I think it had to do with a competitive mindset. Maybe, my brain subconsciously thought that I'm better than my buddies by banging a girl that they lust over.

Or maybe it was my desire to get recognition from my mates.

Either way, social proof works for both genders in dating, in my experience (but to a lesser degree in men).
