Low calorie high density foods are the key, OP. Basically, foods that are low calorie but take up a lot of volume
Things like popcorn, fruits, vegetables, grains, and chicken breast
Stay away from nuts, peanut butter, butter, sugary drinks, and fatty meats like beef/bacon/pork.

They should be used sparingly, not dranking constantly throughout the day.

- 35 calorie per cup popcorn/weigh to the gram though
- big salads w/low cal dressings, salsa, lemon juice, vinegar, etc.
- low cal wrap + spread with a wedge of Babybel soft cheese + top with some deli meat
- big cold crunchy apples
- dill pickles
- Greek yogurt over berries
- soups, but if you go pre-made read the labels
- hot tea/coffee
- fizzy water w/some flavor
- beef jerky
- protein shakes (if done right in a good blender)
ETA: hot vegetable broth...sounds odd, but it's nice in the afternoon; savory instead of sweet...prefer a good brand in a carton

If you are really hungry, eat some lean protein or drink a shake. More protein has NEVER done me wrong or slowed my fat burning down a single bit.
One thing people do that DOES slow down your cutting, in my opinion, is high volume meals by just "it fits my macros/calories though" like making big stacks of protein pancakes that only equals 250 calories and all protein, or tons of rice cakes with peanut butter powder, or those super low calorie carb free noodles and pop cakes, sugar free pudding and any other sugar free concoctions. Basically any sort of "tricks" to make tons of food volume and keep it low calories has NOT worked in my favor over years of cutting successes and failures.
