Tbh the only areas I scrub and soap are the private areas. Everything else gets that cold water wash down.

Gotta keep that good bacteria and natural oils. We are animals after all, not machines.

Also dove men’s bar soap >

Not worried about needing scrubbing etc. I shower 2-3 times a day and spend an hour in a pool 3-4 times a week.

i use this: italy-towel-exfoliating-body-scrub-towel + that 2 dollar scrub from the grocery store( ball with a string) + body-wash-lemon-verbena= deep clean

Why do you use a different soap for face? Moisturizing?

Also why shower that much? I'm assuming once in the morning, once after work and then another before bed?

Used to do soap bar or body wash and rub with hands

Got a loofah and it feels way cleaner. Way more soap suds too. Tfw you rub your balls with loofah feels clean man
