How do you do it?

Lately i've just been using bar soap and using the bar and my hand.

Previously have used loofah and body wash.

But that soap and hand isnt enough to get the dirt out and exfoliate the skin.

I properly came to this conclusion bc i randomly used a white wash cloth the other day and it didnt stay white when the shower was done....

lmao well I have my own personal soap imported from Asian (I used Chinese and Indian soaps srs) that only I am allowed to use. And no washing my face in the shower. I only watch my face in the sink with a hydrating facewash

Wash hair - add treatment to hair and rinse out b4 getting out of the shower
Wash body with loofah glove then use my body scrub before shaving
Wash face and brush teeth w/ whitening treatment

Step 1. Shampoo (Tresemme or similar) and Rinse
Step 2. Conditioner (Tresemme or similar) (Don't rinse! Leave it in during Step 3)
Step 3. Dove soap bar entire body. Use hands to rub and scrub.
Step 4. Rinse Conditioner
Step 5. Rinse Body
Step 6. Wash and clean face using Dove soap bar
Step 7. Exit and dry.

Since water goes down your body, the method is:

- Shampoo first
- Conditioner
- Body wash with loofah.
- Face wash

Yes, i realized.

Imagine washing your car by just watering it with your garden hose and pouring car soap on it then rinsing it off....you need that scrubbing action that a loofah or cloth provides to get the grime off.
