Nobody has any idea of what's going on.
But really it boils down to just two questions:
1. Do you think humanity will ever be able to make a simulation like this?
2. Will humanity do it if they can?
My answers are yes to both if we dont get wiped out randomly. And then it's a really high chance that you're living in one of millions of simulations vs the one original.

For a start, it may not be humanity who are the limiting factor, rather the universe. I.e it's not possible to process enough information or produce machines powerful enough under the laws of physics. There's a whole list of pre-conditions that need to be met, and each one of them has a bunch of deep considerations to make, they aren't simple yes or no questions.
Then there's other stuff like is it inevitable a civilization wipes themselves out at a certain level of advancement etc (related to the Fermi paradox).
And you want to discuss these things but then not be serious? Wut? This is how you attempt to get to truth, by following logic through properly, not assuming a bunch of flimsy axioms that probably aren't all true 'are true'. Then building your own model and claiming it's 'evidence' with no actual evidence at all.
These things are fun to discuss, but you need to stay intellectually honest otherwise it just becomes pure and utter fiction. My primary issue is with you claiming a model you propose with no evidence or real basis (i.e sleep paralysis is an artefact of a simulation) can be classified in any sense of the word as 'proof'

Brb asking simulation corp. if we're living in a simulation.
Thanks Ironmanlet, will consult google. lol

Being woken abruptly causes other biological responses as well, such as the release of adrenaline.
Again, if you have another explanation, Iβm all ears.
Also, I acknowledge that simulation theory is based on nothing more than reasonable thought experiments with no real evidence. I would never claim it to be fact or even discuss it without that disclaimer.

Used to practice Lucid Dreaming quite a bit. I got decent at achieving it on demand but it's pretty difficult. It's worth practicing to get better, it's definitely life changing.

I used to get sleep paralysis regularly when i was younger and only ever got to lucid dream maybe a couple of times. I remember initially when i had the the paralysis episodes they were quite frightening .. thered be something watching me in the room or creeping up to me while i couldnt move. Usually it was just me waking up and not being able to move. Eventually got used to them and infact started enjoying them. A recurring one was when i knew i was lying face down in the pillow yet i could still see myself from up in the room. It was quite amusing.
They are just dreams that your mind is hallucinating while you are awake. All that simulation stuff is psychobabble along with those hippies who go on about astral projection etc. The brain is a wonderful machine.

It's about answering these questions for your self and see how much probability you give it. I'm a critical thinker, not a tinfoil hat. And if you're not to close minded you will apprechiate that simulation theory is a very real possibility. Doesnt mean that it's true of course.
And I'm not trying to publish a scientific paper here, broski, so skipp me with that evidence for my model BS lmao. It's just a fun discussion on a tranny and trump forum, so relax.

I had read different anecdotes about how to get into SP and then transition to LD. I had been practicing this technique for a while. However, the first time I did it was not intentional. I had not tried to apply the method of going into SP. It just happened, and I was lucky enough to be aware during the experience. Out of no where I just realized I was dreaming. The first thing I wanted to do was to prove it to myself. I tried turning the lights off. Nothing happened. I determined I was trying to alter it too much and needed to focus on something smaller. I looked at a person and wanted them to simply turn around. They did as my brain willed and I freaked the fuk out and woke up.
Iβm not sure why it happened that first time. Maybe it was a result of intentionally trying many times before and lack of sleep or whatever.
Since then, I have become effective at doing it with the method I had been practicing. I would say just try to keep with it. Our brains do learn through practice and integrating imagery. Literally, just envisioning it happening can contribute to it happening. Like right now, take a minute and just imagine yourself sleeping, but in control of your dreams.
Our brains are fun little toys we get to play with.
