Fury is also a good movie. Also just watched midway, that was pretty good as well. I love movies that are based on WW2.

'The Outpost' is a good new war movie.

It came out this year, has Orlando Bloom and Scott Eastwood (Clint Eastwood's lookalike son) in it.

Band of Brother isnt a movie but probably the best war based film that exists.

I used to love the old black and white war movies as a kid but I will say some of the newer stuff is very good.

1917 - Really good. The way it was shot was brilliant and really got into the individual that had to be in that war
Dunkirk - Pretty Good
Pearl Harbour - Classic big scale movie that is watchable with a partner (whereas others are more movies for men)
Fury - Brilliant movie - Probably the best acting from Pitt in any movie for me.
The thin red line - old classic
Hacksaw Ridge - probably my least favourate of the newer war movies
Jardhead - Was pretty underrated for me.

Platoon - I personally was not a huge fan of platoon. Though the vietnam war movies generally dont appeal to me as much.
The Deer Hunter - same as above
Full Metal Jacket - Also wasnt a huge fan.

The imitation game is technically a war movie - While a poor war movie in the classic sense, its a great movie for me related to WW
The pianist - same as above
Hanibal Rising - same as above
Athletics > Aesthetics
I guess its time to start training again.

April 9th. It is about the beginning of the German invasion of Denmark from Danish soldiers' perspective. It's not an action packed war movie but it shows a lesser known part of WW2, which I can appreciate.

The HBO miniseries' "Band of Brothers" and "The Pacific" are truly magnificent and will awaken you to the true atrocities of war. 10 episodes each

For any readers, the pacific is based on the accounts of men who were there. "Helmet for my Pillow" and "With the Old Breed at Peleliu and Okinawa."

I have seen thousands of movies in my life, but nothing like this. This is the most impactful movie I have ever seen. mhmm im stopping 50 mins in. If anything its just the otherside of the propaganda coin.

-the entire soundtrack is stolen from other popular movies.
-a lot of the clips are just stolen material. Mainly the movie "Hitler: The rise of evil"
-tries to paint eva anna paula braun as some nice figure. She was a nut who tried killing herself twice and was successful on the third attempt

theres nothing "untold" about this video. Its just Nazi/Hitler sympathizers
