If by tenants you mean current renters, you can get them out if they are behind on rent.
If it's a prospective tenant, you can deny them for any reason. Just don't say it.

Negative ghost rider. That is only true to a point. You have over 20 lines. Fire up Credit Karma. It will tell you exactly what to do to boost your score.

I've heard some owners won't rent to people who have a slovenly appearance or trash in their car.

I'm actually a good tenant. Last landlords asked me if maybe I wanted to come back before they listed the property.
