In fact probably the best given it works both upper and lower body nearly equally

Lol @ that video above too. As if that's actual ****ing proof for Opies point lol. Strong deadlift hate itt.
βSteroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than themββ Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

I fuking hate deadlifts and only do calisthenics, but there is no denying that after you finish a nice set of heavy dls your whole body feels different.. Deadlifts just tickle your CNS in another way, I'd say it's in the top 3 most important exercises to do...

Have migrated over to RDLs mainly after lower back problems. Feel like they have a more direct purpose. RDL and squat does me fine
I do miss doing conventional though. Just that feeling of your whole body getting thrashed with each set and that buzz of just picking a bigass weight off the floor. When I went past the 300lbish mark with them I generally felt stronger, more stable and more powerful just walking around in daily life
