true, long arm twinks can deadlift all day.

tired of seeing 500+ deadlifts while squating 225x3 ( see sig).

I think for us regular size bros / non manlet/ non long spaghetti arms it is a matter of converting to some variation of sumo deadlift.
The manlets / long arm crew will defend the deadlift and say "sumo gay, conventional bad ass".
Conventional deadlift is the manlet throne of peace

Both deadlift and ohp are over rated for muscle building anyway. After you get to a certain point with them, imo.

Useless lift. I gave up deadlifts a few years ago, didn't affect physique or strength on other lifts in the slightest, and much less aches and pains.

Feel stupid that I did them for so many years. Complete waste of time and energy, and risk of injury.

i went through this phase. switch your deadlift stance or improve your form. i can do max deadlift attempts and not feel **** in terms of back pain.
There is a right way to deadlift. Some are built for convetional, some are built for sumo, some are build for the in between. There is so much to it. Your core bracing is probably trash too

Really don't get the stigma, you just sound salty as fuk. Like someone is born with the proportions and skill to do a lift really well. "Lol at them for taking advantage of that".

I don't think conventional deadlifts are a necessity, but you can usually tell who neglects their heavy hip hinges. A good hobby is chit talkers on bb.com with meh amounts of muscle lol

Just because they don’t look like a bodybuilder doesn’t mean they don’t look like they lift. Also people could prioritize getting good at one lift. That doesn’t equate to hypertrophy.

Nah, find your own form and come back and tell me it's a useless lift.

trust me bro, I've been through all the phases. Many variations of stance and strictness of form. Regardless always get at the very least tightness in the lower back. And tbh even if I never got any soreness and had virtually zero risk of injury I still wouldn't do them. Benefit isn't worth the time and effort.

You realize he’s a power lifter so his priority is to maximize his deadlift strength relative to his bodyweight right? Or do you think he’s training deadlifts as hard as possible for bodybuilding purposes..lol

One of the best workouts for natty growth hormone and test increase

In fact probably the best given it works both upper and lower body nearly equally. Remember the more muscles recruited into a single lift, the more growth hormone it releases.
