As politics has gotten more extreme, it seems as though most people who steer left consider every aspect of masculinity toxic. The people who embrace their masculinity (or wish they had more, such as people just starting to work out) would then, by extent, be pushed away from the left and it's increasingly insane cultism.

In short: The Misc isn't right-wing, the Misc is anti-Marxist / Commie / "Soyboy".
