We have cuck Sisolak in Vegas and unfortunately Nevada is highly democratic. If we shut down again and gyms close especially before the holidays I’m gonna lose it.

Several places have gone into more restrictive tiers again. Still fellas, work with what you have. If all you can do is body weight stuff, then do it. You can adjust your sets/reps/frequency as needed, but you just want to keep those gains moving and doing something.

I couldnt go to my uncle and aunts to have family breakfast last weekend with my grandma (Who thinks COVID is BS and is anti-mask. das it). But we were all able to go sit down at a restaurant together with lots of other people around and eat.

Good thing my diet's more in check these days.

For whatever reason when I have big life changes I tend to eat more.

But now this is second time with Covid BS I'm just like whatever.

Not exercising as much does suck but at least I'm not complicating that with a **** diet, like last time.

Hoping gym closing doesn't happen.

Hasn't so far but I would think it will close.
