Day laborers aren't necessarily tradies. It depends on if you are talking skilled or unskilled.

Obviously I know what one is, I’ve only spend the last 11 years recovering.

Lmao at thinking gas station attendee is a tradie. That’s actually insulting to tradies tbh. I worked at a hardware store and I still wouldn’t call that being a tradie. Being a tradie actually requires a trade, a skill. I love the tradie bashing but let’s at least be accurate.

This! Instead of guiding your path to recovery, these bad hombres are trying to convince you that you weren’t a tradie.

I'd have to say Lyft drivers, mailmen, carpenters, or possibly even security guards.

my heart skips a beat everytime i hear a cummins diesel

everytime I walk by the white monsters in the cooler at the store

everytime I see a brown paper bag filled with tacos in the morning

everytime I walk into a restroom and it smells like rotten death and decay seeping out of every crack

everytime I see a white truk carrying 3 ladders

Low voltage still takes skill , it’s just not enough voltage to kill you if you **** up or don’t test it with your hot stick first before terminating anything

Low voltage is fire alarm , sprinkler systems , irrigation boxes , **** like that

It can still be complex on big commercial and industrial projects

Why would I hate to admit it when being a tradie is higher than that? If I was an actual tradie I’d feel insulted at that being classified as tradie. Standing at a counter or loading skids isn’t a tradie lol. It’s not an actual skill nor requires a certificate or a license that you have to annually renew. Tradie is a higher level than standing at a counter or helping customers. This is actually insulting to tradies. Tradies are above this. That’s like calling the 16 year old kid working at Starbucks serving vanilla tea lattes a tradie what the actual fuk brah. I like a good tradie joke as much as the next guy but standing at a gas station isn’t exactly a skilled trade.
