Touches on a similar topic
Our brains are so powerful, sometimes when I've visualized scenarios where I'm in danger, my physical body reacts as if its actually happening. What if you thought about your life in the same way? Put yourself in scenarios that the vid talks about

Unfortunately, even though that video is spot on people will agree and nod but then go back outside and live their automated life. Most will still regret later on and wish they had done something.
If you could even remotely grasp how final eternity is you'd barely be wasting any second - if you have the novelty because some people have no choice because they were born in a sh*thole country and family.
That's why I cringe when I see people who have the luxury of living life to it's fullest just being comatose on social media and complaining about trivial matters.

I'll explain how you wood go about it, without doxxing yourself. As I know that is probably something you're concerned about.

I believe our memories of our past and the stories we tell ourselves are inaccurate as well, so what really is “real”?
Even being aware of death, I still find myself wasting a lot of time but reminding myself of this helps

Some dude painted this on the library wall yesterday. He then went home to his apartment and blew his head off.

Sad to read. Although it is a good reminder to appreciate life as well. I sometimes think about the people I know that I have died and am grateful that I'm not pushing up daisies.
I find it helpful to practice Stoicism, in fact I bought a coin that a carry with me that says, "Memento Mori" (remember that you will die) on one side and "You could leave life right now" on the other.
It is a good tangible and tactile reminder to appreciate life, because we will all be pushing up daisies soon.
