yeah, no one complains about gender imbalance in the garbage collections industry.

no complains about the lack of men in nursing, HR, marketing, PR, social media, teaching. Males are fked in teaching for example.

No we are not liberals. We like challenges.

At the same time, the way people talk about white privilege youd think theyd want to be white males.

I used to work at a college here in NYC and our supervisor was a big buxom and butted dumb bisch who knew next to nothing (and was not even qualified for her supervisor position) but was easily making 6 figures. Whoever hired her did so for penis reasons.

But why are you surprised?

These are the goals straight from United Nations Agenda 2030 from their own website:

5.1 End all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere

5.2 Eliminate all forms of violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres, including trafficking and sexual and other types of exploitation

5.3 Eliminate all harmful practices, such as child, early and forced marriage and female genital mutilation

5.4 Recognize and value unpaid care and domestic work through the provision of public services, infrastructure and social protection policies and the promotion of shared responsibility within the household and the family as nationally appropriate

5.5 Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decisionmaking in political, economic and public life

5.6 Ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights as agreed in accordance with the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development and the Beijing Platform for Action and the outcome documents of their review conferences

5.A Undertake reforms to give women equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to ownership and control over land and other forms of property, financial services, inheritance and natural resources, in accordance with national laws

5.B Enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women

5.C Adopt and strengthen sound policies and enforceable legislation for the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls at all levels

https://www.un.org/development/desa/...030-goal5.html

Women will be hired, accepted, etc. for basically filling certain required quota that is being force upon society and companies

Women both have it easier with getting hired and promoted in 2020 while also thinking they have it harder and the world is against them

wagecel lifestyle is a losing game

we were never meant to win it, and we were never meant to do anything other than be pacified by it

most wagecels should know your company doesn't give a chit about you and there's 1000000000 others where you came from.

My advice is to keep your head down, don't work harder than they pay you (they'll expect more next year) and save until you can find a way to escape it.

The only escape is by finding a means of income that isn't working for corporate overlords

Only way out is to save money and retire at an old age, save money and be ok living a FIRE povertycel lifestyle, or find a different income stream(s) aka working for yourself

It’s amazing how fast one can get sucked into the soul sucking corporate world of office politics, heiharchy, and spending a significant portion of your life on pretty meaningless work. That said sure beats like 100 years ago.

Agreed unfortunately. Though it is significantly better than it was before, we are merely corporate pawns in the same way.

Agreed. My only real solace is that I work from home out in warm sunny TX

I found a place where I work (4) 10 hour shifts, and have three day weekends. While that's nice, it's only a means to support my lifestyle. I work exactly as hard as I need to. If I need to look like I'm working harder, I do.

But for the most part the goal is to accumulate the knowledge to take this out of a corporate setting.

But if the certain quota is 50/50 then YOU have just as much chance of being a diversity hire as the females...

You. Dumb. Ass ****s.

Or you live in a 3rd world country like USA where workplace participation is nowhere near 50/50 because you're all cucking overtime to try and work to afford lazy women?

As important as it might be to the company's financial success and branding, I simply cannot respect any title that includes "social media".

An extension of this is concept is no one ever says a black/brown/yellow country needs to be more white they always so white countries need to be less white. White people are the global minority of the major racial groups so wtf.

It's wild that a thing called a "diversity" report even exists.

Miscers rip on EOD all the time but he's right about how being immersed in such an estrogen filled environment where menopausal cat ladies and purple haired butch lesbians are in positions of power will absolutely destroy your sense of masculinity if you're not headstrong and taking active measures to "be a man" outside of such a toxic environment.
