Crazy the amount of people who don't even attempt to look at this FIRST before anything else. Do they believe our brain state arises from something other than our physiology? Chronic inflammation and dysbiosis absolutely destroys people and it's insidious, to be fair most people never have a chance, every medical professional they meet will tell them there is no evidence to suggest it has any (real) effect.

I don't think it's 99% of the issue, but I do think it's the primary bottleneck. No amount of motivation/meaning will make up for chronic illness.
