This is 99% to do with diet.

Every older White Woman I meet seems to think that you should "eat whatever you want" to be happy in life, completely ignoring all of the nutritional science behind brain chemistry, gut microbiome, inflammation etc. And if you actually point this out to them, they get angry and feel like you're shaming them. They're a bunch of fat, fussy, arrogant kunts and they deserve their depression.

Also the drinking culture plagues White people, everyone seems to think it's okay to drink when you're 55 the same amount as they got away with when they were 25.

I don't give a fukk about any of these people because I've been sneered at when I bring these issues up.

Men are depressed because so many of them guzzle alcohol like it's good for them. The drinking culture is crazy huge, srs, and alcohol is a big time killer of both testosterone and serotonin levels.

It stands to reason that Men, who drink and drug more, are going to go through more damage in their brain chemistry and have more 'fukk it all' moments as a result.

Don't get me wrong, I like a drink the same as the next Guy, the break from sobriety is often fun, but I'm also at the point where I want to permanently quit because life is better without it if you tally things up.
