So i figured i could make them again since obviously, the quality must be good enough if people want to buy more. (always worried about people having buyers remorse)
And since i already have all the tools, all it takes is some concrete and a little effort. So i'm selling them again for now, just to get a bit of extra money. But i'm not expecting a huge pay day like before since the gyms will probably open again in january, which make people more cautious about buying weights.
do you ship these plates? do you got a site or some chit where i can order some?

The price of shipping is measured by weight. So the increased price of having weights shipped would upset any benefit of buying cheaper weights.
Not to mention some mail men don't give a chit about the package and might throw it around and it would arrive cracked.

That said, you can make these your own for dirt cheap within an hour. All you need are 2 big round buckets around 18 inch diameter at the (flat) bottom. (or just one and make it twice)
Bags of concrete. Some 5 inch nails as rebar. PVC pipe that fits your barbell (if you have a 30 mm barbell, get a 40 mm pvc pipe, fit the pipe around your barbell before you make them so you know it fits).
And you're all set to go.

Mix the concrete. Put it in a normal sized bucket. Weigh the bucket until you have 46 lbs + the weight of the empty bucket. (1 lb extra due to water evaporation).
Then put the 46+ lbs concrete in the big bucket.
Firmly press it down with your hands so the bottom and edges will be smooth with no air bubbles.
Put the pvc pipe in the middle. (use a tape measurer to find the middle), Make sure the pvc pipe is cut in the proper length. Put 4 nails around it like this shape # in the middle.
Then make the concrete flat. Either with your hands while wearing gloves, or something with a flat bottom (since it's for home use, it doesn't need to look perfect).
Let it dry for 3 days. Take it out. Grind the top edge off the plate which is the only fragile part (just roll it on the brick street outside), and now you're ready to lift.
Painting is optional of course. There are a lot of youtube videos out there. It takes some trial and error but you'll get it.

Do wear safety gear if you make them. That includes a face mask for the dust, gloves to prevent your skin from touching it and goggles to protect your eyes.
