Try some recreational leaf, in edible form if you really want to sleep.

I walk on trails a lot but itโ€™s not exhausting, right now especially being off season for work. I like working out in the evenings tho, I know I have to cut that out.

Have you considered talking to a close friend or family member OP? Or even getting some professional help?

These things can snowball quickly.

Sleep deprivation is no joke and can be crippling if it gets out of hand. There is a great book called Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker for anyone interested in the topic of sleep.

Look after yourself OP!

Hope you're sleeping well brotha I sometimes get that too, and it sucks. 2019 was a terrible year for me, and 2020 was healing.

You will get through this, and sometimes have a drink to unwind no one will judge you. I think you're thinking of a woman that used to be your gf/wife/fwb etc....

My drink song for you cheers!

Yes Iโ€™ve tried talking and all it did was piss me off because I was ignored. Itโ€™s a complicated situation Iโ€™m in. I resolve this issue, I resolve my sleep problems. Iโ€™ll force myself to sleep somehow. Thanks man

I've done 72+ hours and was fine just felt out of it and saw dark shadows in ball shapes moving around in the dark when I finally was able to lay down to sleep. I know somebody I think had tainted creatine and had some medical problem from it and no exaggeration went 7 days without sleep and I convinced him to go to the doctor and they found out about whatever the problem was with the creatine I cant remember what it was called but it could have killed him if he didn't go in

Edit: Prions? I think it was called prions?

Edit 2: I looked it up and it says you cant live more than 6 months with prions so idk. Might want to go to the doctor anyway though if your insomnia lasts more than a few days

Hahaaa yes my man, I will get through it and your assumption is correct. Sheโ€™s kind of ruined me for any other woman tho. It ainโ€™t over till itโ€™s over either. Anyways... itโ€™s almost 4am, I gotta get off this forum. Iโ€™ll have a brewski with you later boss.

Dont fall back on the liquor either - Its an easy mistake to make, and it may help you nod off, but it will adversely affect the quality of your sleep.

Melatonin wonโ€™t do anything. You are stressed out and need an outlet. Iโ€™m the same way when it comes to stress. Had so much stress on me that Iโ€™d stay up for 3+ nights and it would just cause panic attacks after lol

I donโ€™t know whatโ€™s going on but you have to find an outlet for it. Even if you have to vent it out to someone on this forum in a PM. Not getting sleep and the stress can cause health issues down the road. I do hope you find a solution soon tho boyo

I went 50 hours once when I had to fly from America to London, then to Australia the same day. Could not sleep on the planes and there were lots of stops. Felt like a super weird high by the time I landed in Aus ๐Ÿ˜‚

No I wonโ€™t Jandelero, Iโ€™ve never had an issue with alcohol and I know itโ€™s not good for quality sleep. I do want to have a beer today tho, lol. Just a tall boy in the afternoon is enough.

I see, from your other post, it seems like it's your mind not letting you sleep.

What has always worked for me when faced with mental unrest was exhausting myself physically during the day. Cardio, workout, being out in the woods all day, doing projects around the house, just moving around all day if possible. Idk if it will help you, but it's at least worth a try. Hope you fix it soon brah.

For future reference, the miscer below gives great advice, you start making posts like that and maybe Iโ€™ll consider even giving your posts a thought. Thanks tho.

Not sure if I am even in the ballpark with where you are at in not sleeping, but Bro I can tell you the best thing you can do is explain to yourself you were wronged, you are right to feel angry/sad/vengeful and want apologies or more, but they are not coming and you have bigger things to deal with in life so let this go and get to the business of focusing on the rest of your life. The moment you let go of your anger/rage/sadness because you realize it wonโ€™t change and turn to being productive in your life you will feel so much better. Donโ€™t let chitty people destroy you. Let it go or minimize its impact on you and get busy living.
Well said, I will be thinking about this, hopefully not too much, lol, I have to stop thinking tbh.
