I have a private pension and a 457b. I don't touch either of those.

I have a Vanguard hobby account that I was trading with last year because I was in an office and had lots of free time. I did pretty well with it and had to pay taxes on gains. Its a six figure account to give you an idea of what I was working with.

I don't want to go all in with a retirement account because:
- I want the option to access that money if need be. To buy real estate. To buy a business. Etc.
- I don't necessarily intend on working until retirement age. The way its looking now 15 years and I'm done. But if my investments do really well I might roll out in less.

I've been investing about 30-40% of my income (debt free except mortgage). I'm really just ready to retire and do my own thing. (Only 34 hah)
