Ah, well then let's make 50 years old the minimum age to get a tattoo for anyone without an active service record.

If you live that long then you did something right or got lucky.

Plus if all the oldcels start getting tats then they won't be "cool" and young people won't want to have them.

That could happen anyway though with just a little nudge...start a meme that tats are only for washed up old people.

I've considered using a tattoo to cover a scar and I think some of them look good and "fit" the person.
